David DiStefano brings more than 25 years of high-level experience in Washington, D.C. and Ohio politics, delivering strategic access and legislative results for clients operating in complex policy environments.

A former two-time Chief of Staff in the U.S. House of Representatives, David possesses firsthand knowledge of how Congress actually works — how priorities are set, how negotiations unfold, and how critical decisions are made. His experience at the center of legislative strategy provides clients with insight that goes far beyond traditional lobbying.
Most recently, David served as Campaign Manager and Senior Advisor for Ohio’s U.S.

Senate race — the most expensive non-presidential race in U.S. history and one of the most consequential in the country. Leading a campaign of that scale required navigating national political dynamics while building trusted relationships with Senate leadership and senior staff at the highest levels.
